Price: Moderate / Reasonable for a 5-star Hotel €333/night for Superior Twin Room w/ Half Board. Staff: Very professional and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. English-speaking abilities of staff in general very good too compared to other Hotels. Room: Spacious, everything working as it should and very clean. Did not use TV though. Very comfortable bed. "Japanese-style" bed & table area. Lighting: Excellent Lighting. 👌🏻 Access: Very good, lifts from ground level to all Rooms. Breakfast: Buffet style including English, and very attentive staff. Aesthetics: Very good WiFi: Very good and secure Security: Very good. Reception 24/7: Yes Parking: Ample free parking available Payment: Full Payment after stay, excellent. Other Hotels charge this well-ahead of stay.

Noise: Noise could easily be heard from the room - This was the only downside. Aesthetics: Breakfast/Dining area can be enhanced further.

＊ホテルの外観：息子が小学生の頃（１２年前）に来て以来の宿泊でしたが、館内は清潔に保たれており、ヒルトンという名前を前面に出されている通りの格式高い雰囲気を持つ内装にはとても優雅な気持ちを持てました。＊アミューズメント：カラオケ、ボーリング、温泉プール、フィットネスセンター、岩盤浴、、滞在するには非常に魅力的なものばかりがあり、びっくりしました。 ただ、ボーリングが４時からしかやっておらず、勝手に一日目は温泉プール、二日目にボーリングと決めていたのでできずに残念でした。 ＊朝食&夕食：スタッフの笑顔や対応、品揃え、味全て良かったです。＊部屋の広さ：和洋室で、布団もふかふか、清潔で暖房の効きも良く、他のホテルにはあまりない、加湿器、コーヒードリップメーカーがあり、フリーの水などの備品や湯沸器なども常備。窓から見える景観もよく、大変快適に過ごせました。また、今回はドッグフレンドリールームという部屋で３階でしたので、温泉にもわざわざ感はなく、同じ階ですぐに気軽にいけたのも良かったです。＊温泉：熱くも冷たくもないちょうどいいお湯加減で、掃除は行き届いていましたし、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ以外にもクレンジングの泡洗顔のボトルがあって助かりました。脱衣室にある備品も満足です。ただ、お風呂の天井の木の黒カビは仕方ないかとは思いますが、少し気持ちが悪い気はしました。

食事が犬連れなので、テラス席が必須。テラス席は冬のこの時期とても寒いので、暖房器具や膝掛けを備えてくれてはいますが、やはり長く座っていると凍えます。温かい食事もすぐに冷めてしまします。あと、ホテルの周りは電灯がほぼなく、他の客も周りにいなかったので、明るいレストランから離されているような孤立感を覚えての食事になりました。一つだけ良かったのは２日間（初日夕食、２日目朝食）良い天気でしたので、特に朝は少し暖かくて気持ちよい朝食を食べれました。今後のホテルにお願いしたいことは、冬場はレストラン内に隅の方でいいので、犬連れの席を作って欲しいです。もちろんカートに乗せるなどの条件付きでも結構ですので、次回また宿泊したいと思っていますので、その頃にはそういう席ができていることを願いたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

スタッフの対応 Hiltonらしくなかった

Beautiful location, with good facilities that include a gym and public bath. We enjoyed there so much. Excellent service from all staff with smiles.

One item we didn't like was "Dinner". We expected fresh sushi, given its proximity to the famous fish markets, but all the sushi was dried out, likely pre-cooked a couple of hours ago. Breakfast was great.

The facility was beautiful and staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The view from the room was spectacular!

The bed was lower than we thought. Was very difficult getting up from the bed. Eating with multiple people hard since there was no stand alone table with chairs.

I was a little apprehensive about paying so much for a breakfast buffet, but it was totally worth it. There's a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and ages. The omelet and the freshly-baked croissants were amazing. Unfortunately, the croissants are gone asap they are put out, so you have to watch the time and queue up for them. Christmas decorations and holiday trains are wonderful and very enjoyable for children to experience. But let's be honest, we all go here for the pool and onsen. It's one of the best (and cleanest) and you never have to worry about finding random trash or hair floating around. I hope Hilton continues to keep this high standard, because my family loves coming here.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable from what I had previously experienced. Food options close early around 9 pm, and there's only a small shoppette with limited choices. It's important to know that if you stay in the pool until closing, you should have your own snacks prepared beforehand because room service will be over, and there's nothing nearby. But you can always sleep off any hunger and wake up early for the delicious breakfast buffet :)
