The pool are is amazing

The bathrooms are very tired sadly as this is the main letdown although that won't stop me from staying again as everything else is great. Breakfast buffet has become a little basic but appreciate there will he a lot less waste based on this but I would have liked a better fruit selection

Issue with one of our rooms not having 2 single beds but they comped us a free massage for the guests staying in the room

Only the pool was good and can be better Location is good you can walk around so many resto around and supermarket

The room is dark Breakfast not tasty and flyers everywhere you can’t eat comfortable The floor also not very clean Dirty towels with stain same for bed sheet stain everywhere I ask to change it twice , they must change all the towels looks very old and are not white anymore , camera must be on each floor , need to paint as well , it’s very old hotel , need a lot of maintenance .

The staff was excellent. They are very friendly and will assist you any time. Pro active. The breakfast was very good they have Western and Indonesian cuisine. Very nice swimming pool with a bar. The whole area has a great admosfere.
