Остров небольшой, но вполне уютный. Есть несколько ресторанов, бильярд и некоторые другие развлечения и игры. Отлично подойдет для снорклинга. Персонал очень дружелюбный и помогал во всех наших вопросах. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру - Mika! Завтрак - шведский стол, ужин - по меню. В целом нам понравилось. Сервис на очень высоком уровне.

Если вам больше хочется небольшой остров - это отличный вариант. Если вам хочется несколько бассейнов, велосипедные прогулки и больше пространства - наверное, стоит подыскать другой вариант. SPA был не самый впечатляющий.

La estancia en Baros fue simplemente perfecta. Empezando por el recibimiento en el aeropuerto de Male donde te reciben y te llevan a un lounge con aire acondicionado para esperar a que te recoja el barco para llevarte a la isla. Todo el personal del resort es extremadamente amable y servicial. Me gustaría hacer una mención especial para Shinta, nuestra butler, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda nuestra estancia, ayundándonos en cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Las villas son muy espaciosas y agradables. Teníamos media pensión y absolutamente merece la pena, la calidad de la comida es excelente. El buffet del desayuno super variado y de muy buena calidad y también incluye platos a la carta. La cena era a la carta y la comida estaba deliciosa. Fuera de la media pensión, hay disponibles varios restaurantes, la comida es muy buena y los precios me parecen bastante razonables teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida. Incluye acceso al gimnasio, actividad de yoga y equipo de snorkel sin coste adicional. También organizan excursiones, lamentablemente no pudimos realizar ninguna debido a las condiciones climáticas pero pudimos hacer snorkel en el arrecife de la isla, que según leímos, es uno de los más vivos de Maldivas y pudimos comprobarlo porque saliendo de la misma playa a pocos metros pudimos ver muchas especies como tiburones, tortugas, gran variedad de peces de arrecife, etc. Me parece que en el resort son muy respetuosos y cuidadosos con el entorno, lo cual valoro mucho. Nos permitieron hacer un late check out y pudimos estar todo el día cómodamente en el hotel y nos trasladaron al aeropuerto lo más tarde posible para que estuviésemos esperando en el aeropuerto el menor tiempo posible. Sin duda recomendaría este resort y ojalá algún día repetir. Gracias a todo el equipo de Baros por esforzarse en hacer que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa.

From arrival at the airport and being met immediately by the Baros representative, we were immediately transported onto the speedboat at arrived to a champagne reception in less than 25 minutes. We met our personal butler Anes who was nothing short of amazing and answered all our queries and took great care of us. Our villa was already available early morning well before the expected check in time and our bags were delivered and placed in our beach villa. The villa was immaculate, clean and serviced twice a day if we required. The island was pristine and clean with no motorised vehicles and small enough to walk around in 10 minutes. We were half board which was more than plenty as the a la carte breakfast and dinners were ample, varied and to high end restaurant standards. Every member of staff without exception were amazing, friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. the PADI 5 star dive centre was equally incredible with fantastic and experienced dive guides Ali, Ahmed and Ruben. As experienced divers we had 5 dives during our stay on the house reef and 4 other locations within an hours boat ride. Mantas, sharks, turtles, octopus and and a plethora wonderful fish infested reefs everywhere. All our dive gear was carefully looked after, washed and prepared for each dive by the crew. One of the oldest resorts in the Maldives who have truly fine tuned the customer service skill to a fine art. Beautiful resort, beautiful staff.

We have tried hard but can honestly not find any room for improvement. Perfection.

Our stay at Baros was nothing short of magical. From staff to food and facilities everything exceeded our expectations.

Bad communication for arrival. For a 5 stars hotel well known for services, I was quite disappointed. I had major room issue that was only dealt with at my insistence. Beware standard room not at 5 stars level. Food was mediocre as well, nice presentation and description but no taste
