It was very clean and staff was friendly

Nothing it was a great place to stay

Overall good hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms. If you ask for nearby / adjacent rooms, they give you a hard time. One of the receptionist ladies was rude and didn’t want to help until I told her to stop saying NO to everything. Check in took half hour of wait even though we arrived close to the check in time. Their cleaning staff is kinda slow to turnover rooms. In general the staff was very supportive and courteous in all areas. Also when I told the front about the things not working in both rooms, they didn’t bother fixing it. Breakfast is kinda blah here. No scrambled eggs on either days. On one day it was just egg white with veggies! Space for breakfast area seating is limited and gets filled very fast. No one empties the garbage cans even though it is filled and overflowing in breakfast area. Rooms are ok but you could hear the noise of trucks and vehicles in nearby streets. Parking for cars is the WORST! Looks like they’ve rented out a good portion of the parking spaces for Pennsylvania Electric companies so every night there’s about 6-8 trucks in the parking lot. Combine that with the piles of snow in the other spots - good luck getting any spots after you come back from dinner.

Everyone who worked there was very helpful right from the time of check-in until the time we left we missed the continental breakfast, Katherine was kind enough to grab a cinnamon bun for my daughter that she wanted very badly thank you again

Location is convenient to go skiing at Camelback. There are some good restaurants in downtown Stroudsburg. Breakfast was pretty decent. I especially liked the Belgien waffles. Asma was very helpful and replenish food timely. The only thing I thought the price is a bit higher than the regular holiday Inn we stayed at. And they ran out of toothpaste…

Everything was perfect! All the staff very friendly and the food was amazing,the cleaning was very good,we will come back again no doubt .

Clean and modern hotel. Great service for breakfast. Osmar was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here to stay again.

From the moment I walked in to the breakfast area I was super impressed!. The food was hot and ready, the coffee was good to go, and the overall experience was excellent. I have to compliment the Holiday Inn for this experience, but most of all none of this would have been a great if it wasn't for Asma! She was super nice and attentive to everything! I never had to ask for anything, amd she always seemed to know exactly what I needed. She is an asset to the company. Thank you Asma, for everything!

The hotel was Clean and had a good breakfast. The employee brought over chocolate milk for our kids. The staff was friendly and tentative. The kids loved swimming in the pool

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Asma and Katherine were particularly sweet and giving. Both kind women were very on top of their jobs all while ensuring customer care. The hotel itself was around 15 minutes away from camelback mountain and the room was decently price. Overall a good experience :)

Katherine was very helpful & friendly with breakfast served us and kept asking if we needed any more food
