"Decepcionante retorno a Paradisus Palma Real"

La ubicación

La experiencia gastronómica deja bastante que desear, sobre todo en el restaurante mexicano (las tortillas frías con champiñones enlatados eran realmente penosos). Pero lo peor no fue eso; nos alojamos en el sector "exclusivo" de The reserve, una habitación swim up con acceso directo a la piscina. En reiteradas ocasiones grupos de huéspedes utilizaron parlantes personales a alto volumen, alterando completamente el ambiente de descanso y exclusividad que precisamente uno espera al elegir esta categoría. Según los propios lineamentos del hotel, esto está prohibido, sin embargo, el personal del hotel no intervino ni tomó las medidas efectivas para resguardar la experiencia de los demás huéspedes, convirtiendo una piscina "exclusiva" en una playa pública parlante. La verdad es que podría seguir, porque hubieron varias otras situaciones que hicieron que la estadía en este resort fuera mas bien modesta. Elegí pasar mi cumpleaños acá y no fue una buena decisión. Lo lamento mucho, porque ya antes me había alojado en Paradisus Playa del Carmen (Royal Service) y en este mismo Resort Paradisus Punta Cana hace unos dos años, pero el deterioro generalizado es evidente. En resumen, no vale lo que cobran y lo peor de todo es que lo que se ofrece no es tal; no hay exclusividad, no hay respeto y el descanso pasa a ser incomodidad. No vuelvo.

Access to pool and beach was awesome!!

Clean, the fact Reserve Adult Only is so quiet andmakes you feel exclusive. Nobody doing nonsense things! No smell of drugs unlike walking NYC. Loves the retro night singer and dancers!! Acrobat entertainment was also superb!
