Enjoyed a great New Year at the hotel. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone enjoyed the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everybody, will definitely be returning

Very nice hotel next to the beach. Lots of things to do there, walking distance to the city (40ish minutes) along the beach. Very helpful front desk staff!

Good standard tourist hotel. Clean comfortable and good food. Rather crowded as many tour companies use this hotel with constant animation activities.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, rooms with view overlooking pool and palm trees. Food also very good.

Booked because it was cheap and now I know why. I stayed 1 night and was planning to stay a further 10 nights. I cancelled my reservation after the first night. The room is very basic. A bed (two singles pushed together) a desk and not much else. No safe in the room. You have to rent one in reception My room was on the first floor and was incredibly noisy. They gave me a wrist band to wear at reception like I was in a club. It had that kind of feel to it. So if your looking for a cheap noisey hotel. Probably great for people who want to cut loose. 3 meals a day and room for £25 but not for me.

Beautiful hotel with a warm and welcoming staff! Very friendly, multi-lingual. Pool and beach areas were well staffed and clean. All-inclusive was amazing!

Great friendly staff however management takes into consideration views of certain guests to the detriment of other guests and staff.

Amazing hotel, with fantastic staff that attend to any issues addressing them instantly and not to follow up. The location is good. Hotels.com can be decieiving in regards to a Night club at the hotel, there was no and the hotel manager also confirmed this. Food, service all were good.

We enjoyed our short trip and we were sad not to stay longer
