Brit Hotel Confort Montpellier Parc Expositions

The room was ok, the ground floor was a bit smelly due to the low pressure. Not the hotel's fault, but surely not pleasant. We used the place just for sleeping, I can't say much about their services. I have to point out that the cleaning service didn't notice there was no toilet paper in the room though.

Nice friendly hotel with good weather and not to far from dog show I was attending. Restaurants and shops near by and within walking distance of beach.

We had booked this hotel as an overnight stop before heading home as it is very near the airport. Reception staff very helpful and organised us a taxi to the airport ( 15 euros). Hotel very easy to get to by tram (just over the road) and there is a shopping centre 5 mins walk away with food outlets.

Unfortunately, but staying at the hotel was not successful. - Hotel service: A big plus for a very good level of English, however, not every receptionist was nice, especially man around 40 years old. -Breakfast: there was still something missing, sometimes I was returning to the room just hungry -Service room: Here, unfortunately, the hotel was the worst of all the hotels I visited in my life: 1. The room was not cleaned for 10 days despite requests (information on the door). The bedding was not changed once, the room was not even vacuumed 2. I only saw bootle of mineral water once (when receiving a room) 3. I did not receive toilet paper for three days - I bought paper in Auchan 4. I took a room without a kettle, no coffee, no cups 5. The service room in my room consisted only in improving the quilts and replacing the towels 6. AND ATTENTION: I turned on the air conditioning in the room to cool down the room, after returning I found MARIHUAN STENCH in the room. The stench floated all night after turning on the air conditioning. Fortunately, it lasted only two days. To sum up: the worst hotel I've stayed in, thank you for the nice service of the young lady receptionist and young receptionist.

The location is good between Montpellier and the beach. The staff is professional. Except they did not clean our room on Sunday (but the other days were cleaned). The room was renovated and seems modern but the bathroom is older and not very clean. The buffet was correct. It's a good value for money

Chose due to close roximity to airport. There’s a mall across the street with lots of restaurants around. Plenty of parking, free. Rooms and bathrooms are dated, but clean. Good value for the price i paid

We stayed in 3 places in south of France. We chose this hotel for its convenience to our friend's place in Perols. In the summer, air conditioning is important and this hotel had AC. But when we checked in, there was a problem with the laundry and we had no towels til morning. If it had towels, I would have rated it higher for it's category. Nondescript hotel, just used for sleeping, in a convenient location to airport. A bank, restaurant and bakery adjacent. But not much else to walk to. Off of the highway.

It was close to the airport, clean and spacious for the price. Perhaps include an iron and board. Staff should say what is in the breakfast when offering it.

This budget hotel is much better equiped than most of the fancy more expensive hotels of our trip to France. It has airco, watercooker, early check out, parking etc. Friendly staff and excellent price-quality ratio.

Friendly staff. Helpful service. Breakfast buffet nicely presented and a good choice of fresh products. Nice cool quiet bedroom with clean bathroom. Don't book a taxi to airport unless you get a quote. We were charged a BIG GREEDY €18 !! For a 2.5km trip👎😲
