quiet and generally comfortable. Well located for our needs.

very soft beds, but this is not necessarily a valid criticism for everyone, because I think most people prefer them that way. Personally, I like a stiff board.

Good location. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Cookies and coffeee in the lobby.

No pool. Didn't know that pets were allowed. In room coffee was not restocked on day 2 but discovered Lovewell coffee 5 minutes away!

i love the Oakridge. the room was very well set up for any kind of stay and it was… roomy! also, the person who checked me in was charming and helpful.

Fellow Travelers - I would highly recommend staying at a different hotel. I booked 3 nights at this hotel, through Expedia, since it had the best price in the Ojai area. The greeting I received at the front desk was not very professional and lacked good customer service. After ringing the bell for service, I waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up. Then I was asked to sign a document, on a tablet, that I wasn't able to read before signing, which later I regretted since it indicated that there are no refunds if you leave early. As it turns out, the mattress was old and had a bad smell, like old urine and a large bug was in the bathroom sink. Since the hotel office closes at 10:00 pm, I could not get help with the situation and ended up leaving that night. After speaking to Management the next day, they denied refunding any of my money. Expedia was also no help in getting a refund. This whole situation reminds me of another hotel stay where they had BED BUGS, but did not want to take responsibility for their old mattresses. My advice to you... pay the extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Our room was tiny and the bed was old. There was neither a sofa or sofa chair, nor a kitchenette in our room. The so-called "breakfast" was a big joke. Only coffee/tea and pre-packed pastries in the lobby. No breakfast room and no place to sit. Motel 6 would be better and less expensive.
