This is a perfect value option for staying close to Ojai, and for families. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and there are little touches that let you know the inn is well run. The "pool" is a large hot tub. Fun for the kiddos, relaxing for grownups, but you won't be doing laps. Close to McDonald's and Starbucks if you need it. 10 minute drive to downtown Ojai - Libbey Park. I would stay here again.

Desk staff was super nice. Rooms are very clean. I arrived at 330 PM and they wanted me to wait awhile for a 2nd floor room. I did not have time, so I took a 1st floor room. This is NOT safe for a single female. The immediate area has 3 liquor stores, so not a very nice area. The parking lot is open to the street. No gates to prevent random people. As a single female, I will not stay there again. Very sorry because the people are nice.

A short drive to the main strip on the town - could be nice to offer some kind of ride to town

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. I did not want to pay $500 to stay in Ojai but was coming for an event there and this place was only 10 minutes away. check in was easy and fast, parking was ample and conveniently located by room. Fresh cookies while I waited to check in. The room was very clean and quiet and had everything I needed. I hung out by the pool for about an hour and there was no one else there which was great. It is actually a very large jacuzzi (not a pool) so water is warm but it is nicely decorated with 2 lounge chairs and sitting area as well. Check out was super fast. For the price this hotel was perfect for what I needed. You can also walk to a market and a few restaurants from here so that is very convenient.

I didn’t see this until I check out and on the road but they charged me a $75 Booking Service Fee. Why go through Booking.Com if this is added to the total.

Great boutique hotel... spacious room size and large bathroom. Great decor and cleanliness. Surrounding grounds are immaculate

Price could be a little less, but Im frugal!!!
