Waldorf Astoria Jeddah - Qasr Al Sharq

Every thing is perfect, the food from the room service wasn't good but it is the best hotel in Jeddah I think.

Phenomenal place with outstanding attending staff. The check in letteraly took only 1 min. We were given complimentary freshly squeezed Mango juice bt our personal buttler

The 2 of us hid away from kids and day to day stress for a romantic outing, so I had to pick for the surprise a meaningfully property with exclusive amenities ... Don't get us wrong, the hotel and the room as well as staff were great. BUT, for this price and this name, I do expect to be able to connect my Apple TV box to the TV, but since there was no HDMI available I wasn't able, and the DVD player that should be standard with the room was only available via the butler. When we in for coffee we had to order it because there was no standard coffe and tea set as any regular hotel would offer. To round these goofs up, the smart-home device was not functioning unless on the dock station (curtains and light remote control), so when wanting to dim the entrance lobby light I had to walk to it and there was actually a formal sticker telling me the device was not functioning !!

Super fantastic. Very freindly staff. Perfect rooms and services... I was there for our annuversiry. Loved it both and every minute we go WOW.

I don't have much to say as I was on business trip. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for couples and honeymooners price is a bet high bs totaly worth it

Amazing decor like a real palace.quite peaceful place to relax. even if the breakfast is not including, one order of Arabic breakfast should be enough for two or maybe three as well with lots of varieties and amazing taste. you can order the breakfast in your room with no extra charges. but the american black coffee has no good taste.

Lets start with the pros. The room was huge and extremly luxurious. The bed was one of the best you would ever try. On the other side, they had troubles checking me in without a "printed proof" of my booking which make the check in one of the worst i have ever had. In addition, they refused to include the breakfast to my room although it was included. They said Expedia customers always don't book with breakfast!! Am I the only one having breakfast here? Any way i needed to talk to the manager and to go to the receiption to show them the itenrary on my expedia account to make them beleive my "lies", which is something you don't like to experience at all.
