Hoi An Memority Hotel & Spa

Pleasant room although first night (Saturday) other guests were very noisy all night - obviously not hotels fault otherwise quiet. 15 mins from old quarter. Some good local eats 5 mins away. Swimming pool, free bike hire - we cycled to beach. No safe in room and hotel kept our passports ( everywhere else has just photocopied & returned.)

Good location near to night markets and short taxi ride to good beaches. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are exemplary, so willing to assist. Room comfortable and clean. Overall good value for money.

3star hotel within easy walking distance of the old town. Good sized family room. Breakfasts were good with the choice of Vietnamese or more western options. There is no lift at this hotel so if you need an accessible room, request the ground floor. The staff at this hotel are lovely and very helpful, helping to organise tours and taxis. They are also amenable to organising late check outs. There are bicycles at the hotel that guests can use for getting to eg. An Bang beach which is around 3km away and well worth a visit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Memority Hotel. On arrival, my room had problems with the internet connection, so they changed my room immediately. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was convenient to walk into the centre and I found the free bike service useful. They have a good, efficient laundry service and a Spa. My only negative comment would be that, in my opinion, they need a decent coffee machine for breakfast coffee. I would be happy to stay there again.

Chambre agréable si tu as un balcon car très éclairée. Sinon de l’autre côté c’est sombre car minuscule fenêtre. Salle de bain moyenne car drain de la douche bouché donc plancher toujours mouillé après la douche. Deux petites serviettes seulement sans tapis de bain.

Chambre avec porte vitrée donnant sur un balcn arrière, la lumière y pénètre toute la journee. Une jolie piscine extérieure permet de se rafraichir et une bar avec table de pool et musique permet de s’y divertir et échanger avec le personnel, très gentil. Plusieurs restos, bar et bakery sont situés à proximité. Il est facilement possible de se rendre dans la vielle ville à pieds et à la plage, à bicyclette. J’y retournerais volontier lors d’un prochain voyage.

We stayed only 1 night here and very satisfied. Very helpful and happy staff. The room was clean and the pool was nice. Location-wise we were quite happy: you can easily walk or cycle into the city centre (complimentary bicycles are on offer). We definitely recommend it!
