"If the person had not been so helpful at the front desk I think we would have left"

"Awful, I won’t be staying there again ever."

The bed and bathroom were clean.

The AC was falling apart and had a lot of dirt and other stuff in the vent and it was blowing it out onto the floor. This AC would not of passed a safety code inspection. Also you could hear everything outside, everything in the hall and the elevator was so loud it was like someone was slamming metal down all night long.

Everything else was fine besides the bathroom

The bathroom was half cleaned had to use the towels that were in the bathroom to clean it and request new ones.
