"I paid for two nights, only stayed one night, due to the room!"

Walked into the room and the AC was at 65d tooo cold! Not necessary because it was raining! Tile floor, not carpet, disappointing to see! Bathroom tooooo was small, and needs to be renovated. Cracked tile, mole in the corners, toilet had rust all around it. It looked like it had not fit properly. Upgrade and/or improve the furniture! It ALL looked like it was from a second-hand store!

Location

The bed was super hard. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete other than that the overall appearance of the hotel room was pretty decent. Also, there was only one teeny tiny trashcan.

Not much. Only got a few hours of sleep

Charged full price rate but 1 whirlpool didn't work. Instructed by staff not to use or it would flood the whole bottom floor of hotel. 2. idiot renting room next to mine kept turning on his car alarm from about 12-2 am 3. Same idiot decided to run his loud car for about 20 min "to charge his battery " now it's 230am 4. Manager was notified and best she could do was " if it happens again. I'll call cops on him".
