Our room's bathroom had beard hair on the counter and the floor appeared dirty around the toilet. The desk did not appear to be wiped down well or at all. The floor was also dirty as our socks became filthy. We did inform the front desk attendant. He was professional and responded adequately.

304 room not good condition. Closet shelf fell off the wall so no place to hang clothes. Chunks of the floor torn up. Handle on bathroom falling off. Shades broken and about to fall.

Terrible customer support. I ordered by mistake and they wouldn't cancel even after me calling 2 minutes after booking when I relized it was the wrong hotel. Terrible customer service.

We have had to stay here multiple times due to family health concerns in the area and by far the best bang for the buck. Have never had a bad experience, the staff are always friendly and helpful.
