The location of the room was near the main hallway so it was a bit noisy but aside from that everything was great.

Most seaside properties show signs of sea air on the paint and metal railings & gates. Not here, they must be on it annually. Everything looked fresh and new.

I was in 311 facing the pier. The one property in front of my balcony (and others) blasted us with noise from a very loud motorized pressure washer that they use to clean their rooms in back at the alley. It occurred every morning between 11-12. It was no fault of the Cove but still should be mentioned. Normal alley noise is to be accepted for sure but this was pretty bad and a daily occurrence.

"Prime location"

The location was perfect. Beach across the street. Watch the sunset from your balcony. Staff was friendly. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to use. Very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Its is a great location right across from the ocean and the pier Excellent staff and rooms. The only draw back as it is a bit of a hard walk from the hotel to the pier and beach as the hotel is on a hill.so if you have mobility issues heads up. But you cant beat the location staff and pricing. I will be returning

"A wonderful hotel in a perfect spot"

We loved our stay. The location is superb, right next to the beach. The resort is lovely - architecturally interesting and well designed. Our studio was spacious, very clean, and everything in it worked. And the balcony with the sea view was perfect. Also the hotel offers beach equipment - chairs, toys etc. at no charge. Plus, the parking in the hotel garage is a massive bonus.

The room can be a bit noisy due to proximity to the public parking, but that's to be expected at the location. The hotel does not have air con which was not an issue during our October stay but I can see how it could be in the warmer months.

Closeness to the beach and overall feel of the resort was really pleasant. Great size studio with nice balcony. Lots of home comforts. Cute rooftop area with views and hot tub.

There’s no breakfast on site but we got things from the store and made it ourselves.
