Amazing stay!! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful. Breakfast is also served in your balcony at the desired time by the sweetest man, I forgot his name. I would book here again.

This is my 3rd time at this location. The people there will make you feel very comfortable. They explain everything to you. Jacuzzi in most rooms to relax. 2 or 3 rooms the jacuzzi outside your room or balcony. Keep in mind Santorini is not very easy for people with luck of moving ability. Lots of stairs due to its location, on a volcano crater. The next best thing for folks with moving disability is a nice cruise !!!

Okay, Santorini lives up to the hype and we loced our stay at Chic Hotel. The staff, especially including Fay and Kostas were amazing. Couldnt have been more helpful. The room was amazing. Beatiful, modern (yet authentic), with a super bathroom. Not big, but great shower, all concrete...really cool. The outdoor area was over the top with a private hottub and breakfast table overlooking the caldera. The location in Firostefani was nice. Could have been a bit closer to Fira, but we only had to walk 10-15 minutes (and it was an incredible walk) and it was probably a bit quieter.

The Chic Hotel is located in the perfect location in Santorini, facing the Caldera. It is also close to the Fira city center, and there are a lot of stores around for food and souvenirs. I cannot forget the view which is breath taking.
