There is no food service but a complete kitchen for any one to use. Beautiful old home in West side of Cleveland. Gated parking for guests. Most comfortable bed I have slept on in any hotel! Great location close to shops, restaurants and easy access to downtown Cleveland. Very safe and highly recommend for solo travelers.

I have a suggestion for those of us that don’t drink coffee. Can you offer a black tea, green tea and one herbal?

Beautiful, historic, place. Nice area of town. Room was very cozy and the bedding was very comfortable. Big, beautiful, windows in the room and a nice view to the outside. Overall, very good presentation. No staff on-site, but all the info you need is texted to you and is accurate. Private parking is a cool feature, as well.

I wish they had staff on-site and the walls are a little thin. Every sound makes its way through the doors. Just the TV at low volume can be heard in the hallway.

Quiet

Three flights of steps a challenge for seniors. No hot water on second floor in morning. Height of bed without a step stool is a challenge.

Stone Gables Inn is a unique place to stay. The rooms reflect the era in which the mansion was built. I stayed in the "Damon" room, which had a small, electric fireplace standing in front of the actual, non-functional fireplace. There was also a spa tub, which was nice after a long day. The bed was tall, plush and comfy.

Lovely accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Instructions to access the property and bedroom was perfect. Parking was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Ohio City is a lovely neighborhood which has many excellent restaurants to choose from.

The Tipton room could use a small table and chair in what is the TV/couch area. This was a business trip hence it would have been practical to have a table to work off. The WiFi did work for my phone but I could not connect the laptop to it. The Spectrum TV was hard to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay ay Stone Gables. What a unique, beautiful mansion. It was in a convenient location for our needs. It would be nice to provide a list of recommended nearby restaurants. Craig was very responsive. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
