L'appart hôtel est sympa, bien situé, le personnel est agréable. Concernant la chambre la baignoire n'est pas très pratique et glissante, le toilette n'est pas super stable dommage. Lit confortable. La piscine est agréable mais un peu froide.

Le tarif du petit déjeuner 17e c'est un peu excessif il y a certes beaucoup de choix mais c'est trop cher pour Cauterets.

Un très bon emplacement au cœur de ville

l’hôtel est vétuste , ce qui ne me dérange pas, mais le contraste avec le site Internet et les photos est du coup décevant lorsqu’on arrive sur place . Des toiles d’araignée au plafond dans la chambre. Le sol pas très propre. Le frigo pas très propre non plus. Pas même une petite étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Nous avons en revanche apprécié le restaurant et le service. Des personnes à l’accueil sympathiques.
