In case of cancellation: Up to 60 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 59 to 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded 25% of the total reservation amount. From 29 days before check-in, cancellation will not be refundable. A 50% prepayment will be requested once your reservation is confirmed. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. 1 seule piscine au lieu de 2 Eau froide dans la piscine Obligé de passer par l'accueil ( donc devant tout le monde pour avoir accès aux bassins Courant d'air à la sortie des bassins car portes ouverte

la literie, l'emplacement

prévoir lunettes de piscine car l'eau pique énormément les yeux. Les douches le premier jour ne fonctionnaient pas. pas d'excuses. Des dalles de plafond étaient manquantes au milieu de la piscine découvrant des tuyauteries floquées (avec de l'amiante ?...). Le frigo fait un bruit d'enfer dans le "studio" tout petit. L'interrupteur de la salle de bain est "couplé"avec l'interrupteur du plafonnier donc en pleine nuit on n'allume pas la salle de bain mais le plafonnier. Le balcon permet de coincer 2 chaises et encore...Il faut descendre les poubelles au sous sol. La baignoire est minuscule. La cafétière est à filtres alors qu'au téléphone on m'avait assuré qu'elle était à capsules.

Emplacement pour allé skier. Agréable d’aller à l’espace balneo après la journée de ski même si les enfants sont souvent chahuteurs

Location très petite pour 6 personnes. Pour un we ça passe pour une semaine de ski à 6 c’est ingérable. Très petite cuisine. Réfrigérateur pas en fonctionnement lors de notre arrivé. Balneo agréable mais eau froide et présence d’enfants dans le spa et sauna pas adapté.
