Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend, bis auf das man den Kaffe leider nicht mit veganer Milch machen konnte. An- und Abreise unkomliziert. Hallen- und Aussenbad leider viel zu klein für ein Hotel dieser Grösse und leider nicht frühmorgens geöffnet. Ebenso war die Sauna erst um 15.00 offen. Bademantel muss man bezahlen. Keine Kosmetiksachen (Wattepads etc) vorhanden.

Der Personal spricht sehr wenig Deutsch

Duży plus za atrakcje takie jak bawialnia dla dzieci, basen, bardzo dobra strefa saun, wyżywienie- codziennie coś innego i na śniadanie i na kolację. garaż podziemny jest dużym udogodnieniem. możnaby obniżyć cenę za dobe w garażu;)

przydałaby się darmowa woda do kolacji. za wszystkie napije włącznie z wodą trzeba było dodatkowo zapłacić. Strefa saun to strefa beztekstylna co jest dużym plusem, natomiast nie ma na miejscu nikogo z obsługi kto by egzekwował wymóg wchodzenia bez strojów kąpielowych;) na 20 osób korzystających z tej strefy w danym momencie byłem jedną z dwóch które faktycznie zastosowały się do tego przepisu. brak też osoby czuwającej nad porządkiem na basenie. Dla przykładu: przy basenie jest sauna o obniżonej temperaturze. dzieci które akurat bawiły się w basenie przeszły do sauny i dosłownie zalały ją wodą. w ten sposób drewno w środku niszczeje, a szkoda bo fajne miejsce do relaksu;)

Fantastic hotel for families, the photos don't do it justice. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Eva and Lenny who looked looked after us all week. We stayed in a Junior Suite, I'd definitely recommend the more modern rooms in the annex, lots of storage and a separate partition for the kids' room. The buffet was brilliant, lots of choice and the food was of a very high standard. The outdoor pool - wow! A great way to soothe the muscles after a day's skiing. And the soft play!!!! Four rooms of fun, the kids loved it. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and good value compared to other hotels in the area.
