Staff were so friendly, anyone we passed smiled and said hello. Both check in and check out were smooth and fast. Super comfortable and large bed! Was lucky enough to get an upgrade for my birthday which was such a lovely surprise. Location is 10/10, you literally don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to! Buffet was delicious. Felt like a nice little luxury weekend away.

No negatives , I guess room service felt a tad pricey BUT we did the buffet and wow, so good!

Excellent value for money, buffet meal and very high quality food with alot of options for all dietary requirements. Was given advice on where the best sights to see were by the concierge and found it easy to talk to all the staff if I had any questions
