Pet fee very reasonable and would recommend you keep that the same! Lots of parking Quiet location Had a bar and restaurant

Need noise proof rooms!! Could do with more staff or better trained staff om the bar, they were very slow and uncertain of service protocols. A pool would always be nice or a pool table A healthy snack on the bar, like fruit. In the ro would be nice is there was a biscuit to go with tea/coffee facilities Better kettles and tea/coffee room facilities. Asked to make it a special trip for a birthday but they didnt do anything

Great location, very clean, great venue.

On a very hot day, there was little to no ventilation within room. No air conditioning.

The bed was comfortable

The corridor carpets were awful, poor or tired decor, bad acoustics and noise and breakfast was very disappointing. One tiny lift that leads to most of the rooms which all the guests have to share.

It was in a quiet area, clean. There was a function there but could not hear any noise

Check in staff looked tired and not very friendly. I was not advised on the correct wifi id to use
