Marhaba Palace is beyond amazing I cannot encourage enough to visit and stay at this resort! Absolutely perfect in every way possible. From the staff. the facilities, the food and the environment it is superb! The thing that stands out to me the most during my time here is the hospitality and loving nature of all the staff. I travelled alone with my 16 month old baby and I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed on a break away with her. She absolutely adores all the staff here and has enjoyed herself so much I am amazed at how fast she settled in to this place. The love shown towards her is so lovely to see and appreciated. I was due to fly home today and I loved it here so much so I extended my stay and rearranged my flights. My first 2 nights of my holiday were at another resort and I did not enjoy I booked Marhaba Palace at short notice and was completely blown away by it! Get booking and see for yourself what I mean when i say absolutely fantastic!! The staff here are so amazing especially the beautiful Oumayma she takes extra care and pride in her job and goes out of her way to check you are happy and enjoying your say and my daughter is obsessed with her and the staff here!

Nothing that I can say negative the only negative I can think of is that we have to check out and go home and we don’t want too!!

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise durch Tunesien eine Nacht in diesem tolles Hotel - wir haben bei der Buchung nicht gesehen dass es ein All Inclusive Hotel ist. Nach einer abenteuerlichen und kalten Nacht in der Wüste war das eine tolle Überraschung... die Poolanlage im Freien war sehr schön - aber leider war das Wetter nicht gut genug. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgate erhalten und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut...

Der indoor pool hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und entspricht nicht den Bilder.

Tout tout et tout c’était incroyable, déjà à l’arrivée l’accueil on a été surclassé dans une suite je n’ai jamais vu ça la plus belle suite de l’hôtel qui donnait accès à la piscine directement. Le personnel au petit soin je n’ai jamais vu ça ailleurs et je n’abuse pas j’en ai fait des hôtel et celui là est le top1. La restauration délicieuse très variés tout les jours des plats différent du jus frais les matins tout était parfait . Un grand merci à bassem et rafica qui n’ont pas hésité une seule seconde à nous laisser profiter de notre suite un peu plus longtemps vu que notre vol a été retardé. L’animation au top. La femme de ménage désolé j’ai oublier son prénom un amour ❤️ la literie était Nikel nous avons super bien dormi . L’hôtel en lui même est beau, propre. Et je tiens quand même à dire que tout le personnel était souriant et c’est rare en Tunisie mdr mais je le dit parce que c’est vrai. Je conseil cet hôtel à sousse le meilleur j’y retournerai sans hésité . Merci à toute l’équipe vraiment pour cet accueil. Et continuer votre travail comme vous le faite avec le sourire c’est tellement agréable et merci pour tout🥰

Op een enkeling na, behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Zwembaden werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Kamer met zeezicht. Loopafstand naar het strand en de zee. Gevarieerd aanbod etenswaar voor lunch en diner.

Onvolledige en onduidelijke informatie bij receptie. Overeengekomen bedrag van 300 dinar , werd 1 dag later 340 dinar. De verouderde hotelaccommodatie. Ontbijt tot 10.00 uur, broodmanden waren om 08.45 uur niet aangevuld .Geen aparte douche, alleen badkuip..

The hotel is amazing, the food is great, and the staff are truly fantastic. I stayed with my mother, who has some difficulty with steps, and the team were incredibly accommodating. They kindly upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more special and comfortable. A special thank you to Bassam at reception for being incredibly helpful, Hedir from Guest Relations for making sure everything was to our satisfaction, and the lovely lady at security who always greeted us with a bright smile, it really made us smile too. A wonderful experience overall, and I would happily recommend this hotel.
