Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Mokhtar alla reception, che, come sempre, si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e molto professionale, rendendo il mio soggiorno confortevole. Per vostra informazione, ho una profonda conoscenza di questo settore, avendo lavorato nell'industria alberghiera e turistica in Europa per 34 anni. Grazie ancora al signor Mokhtar
