Hotellet är till skillnad från andra hotell i området inte anslutet till Premium Card vilket innebar höga kostnader för sommaröppna liftar.

"A fantastic family run hotel"

Everything about the hotel is first class. The facilities are top class, the gym, the sauna’s, the outdoor and indoor pools, the food is so delicious and the staff are simply the best. It was lovely to see Emily with baby Freeda.

Wellnessbereich und Aussenpool super Frühstück war sehr lecker

Beim Abendessen gab es leider keine Alternative für Allergiker! Es wurden lediglich Komponenten komplett weggelassen! Für Kinder gab es nur ein Kindergericht zur Auswahl! Das Essen war sehr lecker - aber ein bisschen mehr Flexibilität wäre wünschenswert gewesen!

Lokacija hotela je dobra. Vanjsko dvorište s bazenom je lijepo uređeno iako bi trebalo promijeniti većinu ležaljki uz bazen jer su strare. Osoblje hotela je ljubazno

Iako je hotel kategoriziran s 4 zvijezdice smatram da smještaj ne prelazi 3 zvijezdice. Terasa hotela je u groznom stanju. Stolovi i stolice se raspadaju. Soba je prostrana no sve je dosta zastarjelo. Jastuci su neudobni i zgrudani. Kupaonica je slabo osvijetljena i tmurna. Doručak i večera su jedva prosječni.

"Snow wasn’t great, certainly could not ski in, even in good snow, so we stored skis at the main lift"
