"A great place to stay, really comfortable beds and clean"

Comfortable beds, good sized rooms. Lots of tea and coffee.

The room was ok. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were good and free parking even better. Breakfast was lovely and at a good price.

The room was cold found it hard to sleep. The heaters did not work when i was trying to put it on, at night it was quite chilly. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room and ceiling top far corner. Which was quite off putting and the plates laid out to self serve most of then were still dirty and not cleaned properly.

Location

It’s very dated, no plugs accessible near my bed, a very noisy fridge in my room which I needed to unplug, the kettle was filthy, the bulbs were so bright, the pillows felt like bricks- all little things but added to a restless stay. Really loud rock music in the bar whilst I was the only customer trying to work / the TV was also on playing something noone was watching. Not restful at all. I overall felt like I was bothering the staff. No coffee cups at breakfast. So nothing major just an overall dissatisfaction for quite an expensive hotel

Large hotel nice location.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress. The doors made a noise when they closed.
