"Great hotel, comfortable room and bed, some a staff could be more helpful and friendly."

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and aircon just right. My room was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was great and good value. Getting to the train station the next day was easy as there is a bus stop opposite the hotel and the bus was less than 5 minutes.

Whist the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful I found the staff member who checked me in not be so helpful or friendly. As the first person to interact with me after arriving after a long flight this was disappointing.

"Amazing breakfast"

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food options. There is also a great coffee machine with several latte variations to choose from. The room was clean, and the shower amenities, including shampoo and soap, were pleasant and of good quality.

the hotel staff were not particularly welcoming and rarely smiled, which made the overall atmosphere feel less friendly.

Personnel très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Très bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel à proximité d'arrêts de bus pour se rendre en centre ville.
