Unica nota positiva la disponibilità del personale, accogliente disponibile e cordiale.

Hotel datato e stanze prive di ogni comfort: arredi vecchi e polverosi, una tv minuscola risalente ai primi modelli a cristalli liquidi, un pezzo da museo, non c'è un figobar e la temperatura non è regolabile. Non è assolutamente all'altezza della classificazione attribuita e a mio parere và declassato a tre stelle. Ultima cosa, oltre al pagamento anticipato diversi giorni prima dell'arrivo, viene chiesto di versare una cauzione di 100€ che, sebbene sia menzionata nei dettagli, coglie alla sprovvista e indispone.(questo dettaglio l'ho trovato più tardi dopo attenta ricerca nella descrizione.

Staff are really friendly. In the right location close to the lake, activities, bars and restaurants

It was all lovely. If I did have to find fault I would say the carpet in the room needed a carpet wash
