Our stay was overall comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and a convenient location, making it easy to access the surrounding area and facilities.

The main downside was the value for money, which didn’t feel very competitive compared to other options in the region. There are nearby hotels with higher star ratings, nicer rooms, and a more premium overall feel available at similar or sometimes better price points.

Perfect location… ski lifts outside door… ski in and out location Lovely SPA swimming pool sauna all the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Food was average and expensive

It is in the best location possible! The spa is very good. The staff is attentive and help full. all in all - excellent, i Will return.

The coffee is terrible - cafe Rechard is not a real coffee. A change is needed to replace the coffee to a normal Italien coffee or better. The room was albeit out of fashion and the water pressure in the shower not strong enough. Also, the mattress and pillows only medium comfort

De locatie was perfect en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De kamers waren klein voor wat je betaald, maar het uitzicht op de bergen maakte dat goed. De badkamer was schoon en goed onderhouden. Alleen de waterdruk was erg laag.

Kamers zijn wat klein. Waterdruk in de douche laag Slechte ventilatie in de badkamer
