"everything was wonderful"

Everything was an extraordinary experience. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the staff and their attitude. The standards of hospitality truly reached the highest level. From the reception team to the beach staff and the chefs—everyone is wonderful. We received a very beautiful room with a superb view of the sea and palm trees. There was also a very lovely arrangement on the bed with natural flowers.

The honeymoon experiences offered are interesting, but if you have both breakfast and dinner included, you get a wider range of food options, so it may not be worth sticking to just one set menu. It is also a bit unusual to have dinner included but still have to pay even for water. We understand alcoholic drinks, but at least water could be included in the price—this could be considered a suggestion for improvement.

Operations were very well organised, and the team consistently went above and beyond for guests. Each restaurant offered a distinct concept, which added variety and enhanced the overall experience.

The cocktail menu was identical across all restaurants; this felt like a missed opportunity, as tailoring certain selections to reflect each restaurant’s concept would have enhanced the overall experience.

"Ein Traum für Foodliebhaber"

Das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet egal ob Frühstück oder in den à la card Restaurants es war immer sensationell!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön gepflegt und sieht sehr instagramable aus. Wenn man etwas zu reklamieren hat wurde sich in der Regel relativ zügig darum gekümmert.

Die Zimmer an sich sind eigentlich sehr schön jedoch wird beim putzen bisschen "gespart". Oft war es wie nur schnell durchgehuscht statt richtig geputzt, jedoch haben wir auch gemerkt das die Angestellten warscheinlich unter grossem Druck stehen und so immer mal wieder "Flüchtigkeitsfehler" passieren.
