"Ubicación inmejorable pero el servicio de recepción dejó bastante que desear"

La ubicación es perfecta, puedes coger el bus que te lleva directamente a las pistas al lado del propio hotel, taquillas para guardar los esquís y desayuno muy amplió

El personal de recepción que nos atendió (no todo, en concreto dos chicas). Llegamos de madrugada (01:00) y en recepción había una chavalilla muy joven que apenas dio las explicaciones mínimas que se podrían haber dado, todo el rato insistía en que preguntásemos dudas al día siguiente, no en ese momento, pero al menos fue maja. Pero sin duda lo peor fue la actitud de otra chavalilla joven de pelo rosa o rojo, no recuerdo bien. Fue una total déspota y maleducada con nosotros al hacer el checkout. Nunca nos habíamos topado con nadie así en ninguna estancia de hotel, creo que con eso lo digo todo. Espero que le den un toque de atención, ya que consideremos que no son formas de dirigirse a nadie y nos hizo irnos con mal sabor de boca.
