Overall, we had a great time. The property is small enough to make it an intimate experience. The staff are excellent. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. The only two things that were problematic were: (1) They had these little bugs all over our room every night. They seemed to be drain flies. This made it difficult to relax at night; (2) They need to take more care about food allergies. My daughter experienced an allergic reaction due to encountering nuts in her food, and the staff had no idea what food had what. This was very dangerous. She was almost hospitalized. This prevented me from giving it five stars. Also, the “free” à la carte restaurant was booked and we could not get in. This was very annoying.

Miss Ozge , Azra, Bursa,Beyza ,seçil, and Mr Burak , Berk ,Mehmet çetiner, Eyüp kabul,Lashyn,Mehmet kaya,Görkem,Yusuf gürbüz,Nusret,Sedat bey, Berat,Vesat,Ugurcan,Murat, these persons are very very professional and kind in Their job and their hospitalities are very good. In hotel everything is prefect the foods are fantastic and vey delicious I have special thanks for every thing. And I will offer here to evet body

Service is very well specially on the beach, the stuff were very related and good understanding. Rooms were clean. Sigh was good, Restaurant had Many kind of seafood, meet, cheese, dessert and etc. this hotel was good for us as a 2 kids family

Everything and everyone was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. I’ve never met such thoughtful and attentive staff every little detail had been considered. It’s rare to find a place where the team genuinely cares about your comfort and happiness, and here, they truly went above and beyond. They absolutely deserve 5 stars! 🌟 The open buffet was amazing !!!! such a wide variety of options, beautifully presented, and everything we tasted was sooo delicious! 😋 Whether you’re a picky eater or love trying new things, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Every corner of the space felt well-maintained and peaceful. It’s clear that a lot of love and attention goes into running this place. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back again. Thank you so much to the entire team you made our stay unforgettable! The hotel has a super beautiful location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.Beach and water beautifully cleaned and comfortable. Special attention to Zeynep GRO ,she made our stay more comfortable and pleasant,as well as gentlemens on reception . Waiters in the restaurant and beach are super fast and attentive. Room service-every day!Room and beds are always fresh! Buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are huge but repetitive . Very recommending Indonesian lady in SPA - she has "magic "hands ,massage and hamam she is doing are more then excellent 👌.

5 days stay almost every day with problems of power cut off and Internet connection. In the evening, it was very boring. No intertaiment at all,except Turkish songs with not always best singers .Yoga activity is very poor organised with judgmental by nationality lady on head .Greece and Italian restaurant has no idea how to cook cousins they named of . Super hard to book SPA ,always nobody there ,out of 5 days, managed to get one chance to experience it thanks to Zeynep considering its paid service, seems like hotel not interested in extra money. 😀
