Virgilio Grand Hotel

Room, breakfast, staff and location were amazing.

The bar is nonexistent and very basic. Not a big deal for everyone, but something we really missed

Proximity to town was good

Noisy aircon and sloped room was tricky to navigate. Conditioner not fit for purpose. Breakfast options had run out 45 mins before end of service. Staff short on information and we were charged €10 for parking on check out (we hadn’t been informed there was a charge for this beforehand). I’ve reached out for comment post-visit, but zero response.

It was nice, but everything even breathing was to pay extra money.

Everything cost extra money, beach, even towels. I mean towels ))

Frukosten var utmärkt!

Rummet var en vindsvåning med lågt till tak och mycket litet fönster. Var inte tydligt vid bokningstillfället.

The staff were so nice and super helpful. Hotel is beautiful, pool was perfect, room was very clean and really comfortable. We had to leave very early the day we were checking out and because we were missing breakfast the staff made us little take away bags, with juice and pastries. They also made us a coffee before we left, honestly couldn't rate the staff enough, they were so lovely!
