Blue Haven Hotel

The staff were excellent and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. Unfortunately the property is in need of a lot of repair… it has great potential because the surroundings are beautiful. Rooms are outdated and not as clean and fresh. We were the only guests on premises

Air on in bedroom worked. WiFi mostly worked. Staff were friendly. Location beautiful

Poor. Not been renovated for 20 years including furnishings, paint, fixtures and fittings.

The hotel is very tired and in need of a re-vamp, the bedrooms are ok but the air conditioning is not very efficient and the bathrooms are shabby and not very clean. The staff however are amazing!! Dennison is the main man and nothing is too much trouble, he is brilliant!! The girls who run reception are also very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The quality of the rooms and the bathrooms is very tired and shabby and in need of some love and attention. The beach was also full of seaweed which restricted us from swimming in the sea.

The breeze on the dining area and patio. The staff were terrific. The hospitality of the staff were outstanding. Denisson the bartender/server was so welcoming and personable he made the entire experience amazing.

Staff were very nice. Food was excellent and the location was stunning.

The WiFi was often intermittent. The menu options did not change.

The Blue Haven hotel exceeded all our expectations! The view from the terrace is just picturesque - a true tropical paradise! The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms always clean. The food was delicious (highlight being the catch of the day). It was our first visit to Tobago and will definitely be back at the Blue Haven soon. Highly recommended!
