Hotel bem limpo, os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e educados, café delicioso, local aconchegante.

Acredito que o hotel deve ser mais antigo, senti falta de um exaustor ou janela no banheiro.

"Terrible room comfort, broken AC, and dismissive staff, saved only by a good location and breakfast."

The location of the hotel was good and convenient for getting around. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good with a decent selection.

The room itself was very humid, smelly, and plagued by extremely loud street music at night that forced me to use earplugs to sleep. There was zero flexibility for early check-in, even though many rooms appeared empty.
