The staff was very helpful during a difficult time. The lobby was beautiful. A nice place to gather with family. One concern was having carpet in a pet friendly room. It would have felt cleaner with hard surface flooring. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

No ...i liked... everything goes OK

Rooms were clean.

All cardio machines were out of order except the elliptical (only 1) and the hot tub jets didn’t work. Went to grab a cup of coffee at 9:32 and couldn’t get one because breakfast closed at 9:30. Tried to get a glass of wine at 9:10pm and the bar closed at 9. During tourist season and a sold out hotel you would think they might extend their hours.

Paula and her colleague at the reception desk were fantastic! We stayed at the hotel in an emergency when our friend was hospitalized and asked us to come and care for their dogs. These two ladies at the hotel were so kind and compassionate to us all weekend - nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciate all their help and kindness. Thank you! P.S. The bed was super comfortable too - just what we needed after a stressful day!

No house keeping on the first night. When we called the reception for some clean towels, the worker’s attitude was really unfriendly. On the day of checking out, the house keeper just knocked the door and tried to enter the room even though we were still there.
