"Bellowthe standard."

The hotel is old, need renovation. The carpet looks dirty. The stairs are not often cleaned. I found 2 body shower bottles and no shampoo. The front desk struggles with basic request like billings specific to frequent travelers.

"Excellent staff"

Wow, the staff at this hotel were great, super friendly and helpful, everyone from the front desk to the lady working the continental breakfast. Also, the breakfast food was a lot better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Wanted to specifically shout out Tiffany, she obviously loved her job and helping everyone..

We had such a fantastic day! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and super welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly — they truly went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, and we didn’t have a single issue. The area felt very safe and was in a great location. We came in late after seeing TOP in concert at JL Live and had zero worries. Everything about our stay was wonderful — we’d absolutely stay here again!

"Great experience at Residence Inn Manassas!."

Very nice hotel! Front desk representatives were very personable and helpful. Nice clean room two BR suite. Breakfast rep lady was very pleasant. Great experience - convenient to Jiffy Lube Arena, Manassas Barrlefield Narl Pk Service locations and Smithsonian Air & Space Museum Dulles (we did all these things). Will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again!!!

"Excellent service and comfortable rooms"

My party consisted of myself and two friends. We were staying in the area to attend a concert. We arrived right at check-in time. Our room was not yet available due to there being several late checkouts earlier that day. Staff was very gracious and accommodating. They allowed us to sit in the lobby until the room was ready, and offered us complimentary water and snacks. I was very pleased with the service we received. Once the room was ready, it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

"Great Hotel with Exceptional Staff!"

Arlene and the rest of the staff made our stay truly amazing. Their excellent customer service and daily greetings always put a smile on our faces. The lady in charge of the breakfast station adds the perfect amount of seasonings and herbs to spruce up the scrambled eggs. Hotel is clean and spacious. We highly recommend this Residence Inn.
