Enjoyed the stay, very beautiful view and the condo D204 was very cozy.

It was a vacation to visit Gatlinburg and we debated to stay in the mountains or in town. We made the right decision to stay at your mountain resort. The only change would be to make sure people realize that GPS directions may not take you in the best route to your property. Our's took us on a very difficult route. However, the view was unparalleled, the staff was very very helpful and friendly, and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable.

Very clean ,quietwith a fantastic fall view

The place is perfect if you want to be away from the chaos and crowds that are Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but still close enough to get to them easily. The condo we stayed in was perfectly appointed, had everything we could need, and was very comfortable. That said, it’s the views. You could sit on the balcony and have as good a view as anywhere in the area. It’s absolutely beautiful. Unreal views. The only downside in my opinion, is that the main attractions of the Smoky National Park are on the other side of Gatlinburg, so you have to deal with the traffic to get there. But if you want a quiet mountain escape, this place is absolutely perfect!

Family and I really enjoyed our stay at Deer Ridge. Staff very friendly, rooms had family feel.

The views from balcony were amazing. We stayed for three nights. Clean and comfortable. We saw bears in our parking lot, which was amazing. We loved it. And would stay in 204 again.

Perfect area close to everything with beautiful view of the mountains

The people above us were so loud that it prevented us from enjoying our time at this beautiful place. There is no sound insulation between the floors so anyone with heavy footfalls will disturb the people in the unit below. We were there for 4 nights and had 2 separate families stay in the unit above us. One family had small kids that loved to jump on the floor. The other were 2 adults that stomped whenever they walked. I asked the manager on duty to be moved to a different unit. He said he would call me and let me know what they could do. There was lots of empty units available, but they never called me. Although the place is beautiful, I would not return due to the noise issue. If you can, try asking for the top floor units. They are probably better.
