Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile, questa attenzione verso il cliente ha ancora un valore.

Das Hotel, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, strahlt eine große Ruhe aus. Unser Zimmer war riesengroß, das Badezimmer fast genauso groß wie das Schlafzimmer. Alles in Marmor gekleidet. Das Bett war sehr groß, alles einfach große Klasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Nichts

The staff were exemplary both before and during our staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us on a particularly busy public holiday weekend, even securing an room in a neighbouring hotel for a member of our family who was able to join us at the last minute. When we arrived they gave us a warm welcome and some very valuable advice about local restaurants that might offer us a table for both lunch and dinner. The next day they secured us a place at the beach club of our choice at Forti dei Marmi and a large taxi to get there and back (all like gold dust on that day). Our suite was lovely. The beds were great, the decor striking, elegant and yet restful. Breakfast was excellent, outstanding local ingredients, and not rushed. Wifi great. Local knowledge and network superb. A ton of beautiful and informative local magazines all at hand. All service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall brilliant for short break.

The hotel is quite small. Nine rooms and suites. Their is no lunch and dinner offered, but plenty of good options within a few minutes walk. The hotel is at the edge of the centre of town - but not outside. Their is no swimming pool or garden in the hotel. It is however a small urban 'palace' and the modest public rooms are opulent, striking and tasteful. The artistic sensibility of the town is evident in every part of the hotel. We absolutely loved it.

The welcome and ease at which we checked in. The friendliness of the staff and their help during our visit. The hotel has free bikes as well which was agreat bonus and great way of getting around. Breakfast was delicious and our overall stay was just lovely.
