Friendly staff in a great location with a canal view. Internet was super fast.

For the first night they gave me a basement room that was cold and dark with the wifi not working. I was moved to a much better room for the remainder of my stay. But facilities and value for money was still a little disappointing.

De ligging en het personeel

Ons werd geadviseerd te parkeren bij de uithof p+r parking. We hadden een ticket voor de trein gehaald €5,50 omdat ov daar zou korting opzitten bij terugkomst van onze weekend weg. We hebben bij terugkomst €45 nog moeten betalen voor 4 dagen parkeren dit was ons niet gezegd en is ook niet vermeld. Ik heb de accomodatie van tevoren nog bericht ook over het parkeren geen reactie op ontvangen. Dus de misleiding op u website over het parkeren en het max bedrag van €4,50 parkeren per dag bij de uithof klopt niet. En daar heb ik persoonlijk wel een behoorlijke financiele klap van gekregen. De accomodatie was prima alleen omdat de gordijnen niet verduisterend zijn ben je 7u in de ochtend al wakker door het zonlicht dat is heel vervelend. Wij dachten echt even tot rust te komen in Utrecht.

Sinceramente, o que não gostei foi da relação qualidade/preço. Compreendo que a cidade possa ser bastante cara e compreendo também que um hotel deste género, tendo em conta o ano e época de construção, não pode oferecer muito mais. O que não compreendo é tolero é o preço elevadíssimo para a qualidade oferecida. Não há qualquer insonorização, os quartos são pequeníssimos, não há elevador e não fica no centro… tudo somado, na se compreende o preço, a não ser por pura especulação.

A bit expensive for what you get. Cleaning in the corners could be done every now and then so that the dust does not accumulate

The location was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The price was good and the room was as expected. Unexpectedly there was a nice view from the room and a fully opening window. Facilities were good. A hairdryer in the room. Somewhere to hang clothes. TV. The hotel was very quiet at night. I could tell that the walls were a little thin but I had no issues with noise from other guests or from outside. My room was at the back of the hotel so no street noise. I didn't choose breakfast but regretted this as it seemed good value for the price. Overall a great stay for the price!

Overnight I was a little cold at one point but maybe I could have adjusted the radiator, I didn't check. Curtains let through a little bit of light but not a major issue. The shower was small and the shower head a little basic but good enough. Someone larger may struggle with the shower size. Early on a Sunday there are not many places to have breakfast nearby if you don't take the hotel breakfast. There is a coffee/tea nook. I expected the coffee to be free but there is a small price. Fair enough for the city.
