La salle de bain défectueuse, manque franchement de rénovation. Pas assez de choix pour le buffet

L'emplacement Ok, serveur pas attentif, souvent les tables étaient à moitié dressées, il manquait toujours quelque chose a table, quand les serveurs on besoin d'un couvert ou autre, ils prennent sur les tables déjà dressées, mais ne remette pas en place après.

principalement la restauration, et surtout le faite que les tables ne soient pas dressées convenablement. Les douches, problème avec l'eau qui n'arrête pas de changer de température, au point même de se bruler, en tout les cas dans notre chambre au 330. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est bien, il à été rénové et c'est propre.

It was my first time visiting Djerba and my first time at this hotel, and I can confidently say that I would love to come back. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. The location is very calm and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a great selection of food, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special mention to the entertainment team - especially Azza, Momento, Rio and Fedi - for being so welcoming and making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff work very hard throughout the day to accommodate all guests, and there are plenty of activities to take part in. I especially enjoyed the darts and cooking activities. Although French seemed to be the most widely spoken language, we were really impressed by how much effort the staff made to communicate in English and even Czech, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We especially enjoyed the food, evening entertainment and the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Djerba and would happily stay here again!

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff with warm smiles and true professionalism. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The rooms were spacious and perfectly maintained by the most lovely housekeeping staff. Since we stayed during the winter season, the indoor pool was an absolute blessing — the water was always pleasantly warm. As for the restaurant, the food was consistently fresh and the variety truly impressed us. Fresh juices and excellent bottled wine were served at both lunch and dinner. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the animation team for their outstanding work! There was always something exciting to do, yet it never felt overwhelming — we simply couldn’t get enough. We particularly enjoyed the dance classes and Zumba sessions. The evening shows left us in awe every single time. We are already planning our next visit, as the atmosphere at this hotel is truly one of a kind and unlike anything we have experienced before!!!

La scarsa pulizia all’interno del ristorante principale, il bar era scarso di bevande e niente snack ad esclusione della merenda in cui ti proponevano gli stessi prodotti dolci della colazione. Durante il pranzo e le cene i piatti erano vari ma proponevano sempre gli stessi e di bassa qualità.

L accueil. La gentillesse du personnel. La chambre spacieuse. Le restaurant rien a dire il y a de tout .a recommander.
