Large room, large bathroom,great room facilities, lovely lobby, good bar food, friendly staff, good breakfast

Hard floors in the bedroom just a personal preference I like carpet or rugs, left a please service room sign out from 10am to 3pm on one of the days and room was not serviced which was disappointing, housekeeping should keep a regular check on their stay over rooms

Well situated for running, walking and getting into town. Staff were all lovely.

Vegetarian eating options were a bit limited if you were there for several days.

I liked the hotel in general. The staff were friendly and the food was good.

Our mattress was 2 single mattresses pushed together without a joiner or topper, which made our stay very uncomfortable. We did not sleep well, having paid €315 for 1 night bed and breakfast. It has been raised with the hotel management, and they advise steps have been taken to ensure it does not happen again for future guests. That's not much use to people who paid a lot of money to stay and did not sleep well. Given that the most important part of our stay was less than satisfactory, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are very modern , very comfy bed . Breakfast was lovely and staff are very nice

Bar - we went in for a food, were waiting for over an hour, staff was apologetic, we were not impressed, they gave us one drink free but it kind of ruined our experience
