I rang to cancel they said they would refund into my account but didn’t. When I realised I was still booked to stay when I rang they said that I’d booked on a non refundable stay. I was very disappointed and will never stay and I will tell others what occurred

Staff were very flexible and lovely when I requested a late check out. I love the foyer area, the art and history.

I would love a microwave so I could make some oats in the morning. Also mugs for coffee rather than the very old fashioned tiny cups.
