Art Hotel on York

Beautiful hotel, quiet and lovely bedroom

Keysafe did not work and no one answered the phone to help us out. We finally found someone in a back room who could help us. We got in our room an hour later and late for dinner as restaurants in Launceston close early

The hotel is gorgeous. The art and decor really made it special considering where it is located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The reception guy helped me get my suitcase up the stairs, he could see I was struggling.

The only thing I didn't like which is personal preference is the bed was too firm and the pillows were hard. Shower needed better cleaning (blk mold). limited parking.
