Lo que más nos gustó fue la buena ubicación que tenía, estaba relativamente cerca de todos los lugares. No tuvimos necesidad de mover el coche pues ellos mismo se encargan de buscar taxi 🚖🔝👍🏽

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el acceso al WC pues este era reducido y resultaba algo incómodo a pesar de tener un baño bastante grande con bañera. Por otro lado la piscina era muy pequeña, no muy apta para familias con nenes.

Las instalaciones, la insonorización de las habitaciones y la doble puerta del dormitorio, la cama súper cómoda y grande. Los recepcionistas muy amables y simpáticos.

El baño tenía alguna avería en las tuberías. Cuando encendías el grifo, salía un poco de agua de las tuberías. Y en la zona de la nevera, se podía ver justo detrás el ladrillo del edificio, de no haberlo tapado.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Barceló Granada Congress from start to finish. From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and well organized. It was very easy to understand that this hotel met my requirements, and shortly after booking I received a link for online check-in, which I completed in just a couple of clicks. The location is excellent, very convenient for access from the highway, while still being close enough to enjoy walks around the city. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and quality. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities, but the pool and the views from the 6th floor were absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend considering extending the breakfast hours until 11:00 a.m. This would be more comfortable for guests who prefer to wake up a bit later during their vacation.
