Отвратительный менеджмент. Пройти регистрацию онлайн невозможно, присылаемая ссылка не работает. Проверено не только нами, мы ехала компанией, ни одна не сработала. Если вы приехали чуть раньше заселения, то вы стоите сначала очередь, чтобы зарегистрироваться, а потом, когда время пришло, чтобы забрать ключ. При том, что отель не маленький и людей в этих очередях масса. Но! Если какой-нибудь испанец подойдёт сбоку, то ему отдадут его ключи, а на ваше возмущение по этому поводу, даже глаз не поднимут. Я такого нигде в мире не видела!

La comodidad y la ubicación

La atención en el bar no fue buena, queríamos tomar un café en el desayuno nos mandaron a la primera planta, el trato no fue bueno al no tener el desayuno contratado. Intentamos comer algo, fueron muy lentos más de 20 minutos esperando que alguien nos atendiera en mesa. Nos fuimos sin tomar nada.

We have enjoyed our stay in the Barcelo Granada Congress Hotel. The hotel has a good location, great staff and the underground parking is also easy. The breakfast is crowded but the selection is amazing.
