There needs to be a flapper replace in the toilet in room 108 it's leaking. Other than that it was perfect. We love this hotel and will return! My son, daughter in law and twin grandbabies live in Erwin about 10 miles from this hotel.

Visiting family nearby. Appreciate the excellent customer service (Alex) on duty was great and appreciate the warm welcome and assurance for a geat stay.

Although the property was clean, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Would not recommend, not even for a night before college move in which was our case.

It was good for the price and in a perfect location

Everything was ok service wise...but I paid for my room for one night with my bank card, the other 2 nights with my credit card. Several days later, with no notice they removed the room from my bank card and put it on my credit card, resulting in more interest and overage charges. Would not stay here again. Really mad about that. Also woke up to a damaged windshield. Never again.

Every 10 minutes the air conditioner would make a god awful noise for like 2/3 minutes. It was essentially like an alarm clock every ten minutes. When it’s 100 degrees outside unfortunately turning it off wasn’t an option. Pretty aggravating say the least. Their breakfast was very very minimal. Other than that. Room was clean.

The outside of the property was well kept as was the lobby.

For starters the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke the first day/night we got there. The room was in need of just general repairs. Rusty towel rack in the bathroom, fridge and walls in disrepair. There were blood stains on the thing that covers the foot area of the bed, that was gross. Lights in my father’s room needed to be replaced. We couldn’t use any in the electrical outlets in our room. They were all too loose to hold anything in them. One of the two rooms we booked reeked of old cigarette smoke. It was on a non-smoking floor. The second night we returned to the hotel about midnight and could not stay there because the elevator and this whole entire non-smoking second floor reeked of pot so bad you could not breathe and it made you sick. It was all in our room as well. Even the gal at the front desk could not deny this fact. I ended up having to drag my 85 year old elderly father home, a 3 1/2 hour drive home, getting home at 3 AM because we could not stay in this room and there were no other rooms that we could stay. The one room that was offered to us as you could smell the mold and mildew 20 feet outside the door to the room. My husband in 15 years has never asked to leave a hotel and refused to stay there until this hotel and neither have I. I do have pictures of these things as well and it was documented at the front desk. We were refunded one night stay. We were in town for my daughter‘s wedding. It was very disappointing. We will not be staying at this hotel brand ever again.
