"Todo bien… hasta que surge un problema."

Estamos seguros de que dejamos una billetera en la habitación. Llevamos una semana llamando al hotel y nadie parece tener intención de ayudarnos.

"Hotel a pie de playa amplio y con un personal muy amable"

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y el buffet del mediodía que tenía muy buen precio y muy variado

Creo que necesita una renovación sobre todo en el baño, en el marco de la puerta del baño había manchas de sangre, el buffet del desayuno no me gustó mucho me parece que para un hotel de 4 estrellas pueden tener más calidad. Estaba estropeado un ascensor, con la cantidad de personas con necesidades especiales que hospedan no puede haber un ascensor dos días estropeado

"Ilunion is een fijn, modern ingericht hotel op een rustige locatie met zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam personeel."

Ilunion is een hotel gericht op sociale inclusie, voor gasten én personeel. Het is een ruim (100% toegankelijk) en schoon hotel, mooie inrichting en een goede locatie aan een rustiger stuk langs de boulevard. De kamers zijn ruim en het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk!

Geen kritiek maar waar gasten rekening mee kunnen houden: - De liften zijn vrij klein waardoor deze op sommige tijdstippen vaak vol zitten (maximaal 4-5 mensen) en je langer moet wachten. - Het buitenterras ging om middernacht dicht en een half uur later ook de hele lobby (geen mogelijkheid om te blijven zitten).

Mucho ruido, portazos sin parar. Las cortinas no aislaban bien la luz. Sensación de bastante trillado. Mi habitacion tenia nula intimidad.
