Location. Spaciousness. Clean. Facilities were excellent. Tv channels good

The patio doors didn’t lock. Someone was cleaning the room upstairs at 10 p.m. at night! Moving furniture about and scraping chairs about on the floor above us. Not good

Great view

We arrived a few days ago to celebrate our anniversary at this beachfront resort. The location and accommodation itself were good and had a nice setting. However, the room was quite dusty and did not seem properly cleaned. I experienced sneezing and coughing due to the dust. The air conditioner was also an issue — when we turned it on at night, water started leaking from it overnight. There was no air conditioning in the master bedroom, which made it very uncomfortable given the hot and humid Cairns weather. As a result, we were unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, customer service was unavailable as it was the weekend and the office was closed. Overall, the stay was average. With better cleanliness, working air conditioning, and improved customer support, the experience could be much better.

Excellent location. Our apartment had everything in it from washing machine and dryer to a dishwasher. Great size and very comfortable

Just at the beach, meters from the surf!. Amazing staff. Comfy, clean apartment with all you need to spend time in the tropics.

Bedroom needs an aircon. The only one in the apartment is in the living room, didn’t cool the bedroom enough.

Loved the walk in pool and size/layout of unit.

Lounge seating was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard to sit on or relax in for any period of time.
