Location

The room is bit old and car park system is messy and charge me excessively due to the free hotel parking system is not working properly and I had to pay RM80 just for parking fee despite I am entitled for the free parking

Staff were helpful (but we had ongoing issues with the aircon and tv not working well) Maria from Breakfast restaurant - She was amazing and also remembered my husband even though it had been 10 years since his last work travel. Comfortable stay and really enjoyed the lounge area for meals and drinks, staff were great. Recommend the Chinese restaurant for a nice meal.

It felt dated, hated the glass in the bathroom and the mouldy blind. Bath plug was continuously blocked

Very poor breakfast selection. Hotel tried to charge me tourist tax which I had previously been charged prior to my arrival

We had a great time in Dorsett Grand Subang. Truly an excellent place of accomodation. Enjoyed peak hospitality throughout, from check-in to check-out.
